Consulting Service Refunds
If you choose to cancel before we start reviewing your documents or determining your category, a full refund of the consulting fee is provided. Once the file review, category assessment or preparation work has started, refunds are evaluated based on the work completed.
Official Government Fees
Fees paid to the Sri Lankan government (ETA fees, official taxes, etc.) are non-refundable once the payment is processed or the application is submitted to the official system. VizeLanka cannot reverse or refund these government-collected amounts.
Refusals and Delays
The final decision on any visa belongs to the Sri Lankan authorities. In the event of a refusal or delay by the government, official fees are non-refundable. Our consulting fee is for the professional preparation and submission service, which is considered rendered regardless of the final official decision.
