Depending on the channel you use, we may receive your name, email, phone number, passport or citizenship country, residence country, travel purpose, intended travel dates, expected stay length, current visa status, previous refusal status, budget range, message content and document context you choose to share.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process this information to answer your request, provide visa-route pre-assessment, review document completeness, communicate about service steps, keep limited service records and measure lead performance when analytics consent is granted. Where required, processing is based on your request, service necessity, legitimate interest or consent.
Third-Party Services
Website forms and lead records may use Supabase infrastructure. Analytics may use Google Analytics 4 only according to your cookie preference. WhatsApp conversations are handled on WhatsApp infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp policies.

Essential site functions may run without optional analytics cookies. Non-essential analytics cookies are disabled by default and activated only when you select accept in the cookie banner. You can reject analytics cookies without blocking access to the website.
Retention and Security
We keep service records only for a reasonable period needed for request handling, follow-up, dispute prevention and operational reporting. We apply technical and administrative access controls. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive documents before service scope is confirmed.

You may request information about whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion where applicable, object to processing in relevant cases and ask for clarification about transfers or retention. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
International Context
Because the service concerns Sri Lanka travel and may use cloud and messaging providers, information can be processed or accessed across jurisdictions where those providers operate.
