Service Scope
Services may include category pre-assessment, document checklist guidance, file preparation support, application coordination, visa extension planning and long-stay or investor-route decision support.
Official Decision Boundary
Visa approval, refusal, processing time, additional document requests, system availability and border decisions belong to Sri Lankan authorities. VizeLanka does not guarantee approval or a specific processing time.
Official Fees and Consulting Fees
Official government fees, third-party charges and VizeLanka consulting fees are separate unless a page clearly states a total package price. Official fees can change and should be rechecked before submission.
Applicant Responsibility
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information. Delays, refusals or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information are outside VizeLanka responsibility.
Refund and Cancellation
Once document review, category assessment, application preparation or submission work has started, consulting fees may be non-refundable in whole or in part depending on work already completed. Official fees and third-party fees are usually non-refundable after payment or submission.
No Legal, Tax or Immigration-Law Representation
Unless separately agreed in writing, VizeLanka provides practical application and document consulting, not legal representation, tax advice or regulated immigration-law representation.
Communication Channels
Fast pre-check and status questions are handled mainly through WhatsApp. Document follow-up may be handled by email when the file structure requires it.
